Sir,
      With due respect, I wish to state that I am a student of first year in your well-renowned college. I belong to an indigent family. My father is a poor farmer in a far-off village. He manages to send me some money with great difficulty. He has to support a family of six members. He is the only bread-winner in the family. We have small land to cultivate. We do not get enough grains for our subsistence. Moreover, yield per acre is not enough to support us all.

       I am fond of education . I wish to achieve success in life but I am deficient of resources to puruse  my educational aims. At any rate, I want to continue my studies. A relative of mine has very kindly bought me the books that I need for 1st year.

         You are ,therefore, requested to please grant me full fee concession . I shall be obliged to you. Thanking you in anticipation.
