Application to the Principal to Allow Students to Join Volunteer Service for Flood Affected People.

Dear Sir,

            We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that the recent
 devastating flood has caused a great damage this year all around the locality. 
The sufferings of the people beggar description. They are now suffering from
 want of shelter, food, and medicine.

             So, we, the students of your college, have taken decision to join voluntary
 service for the flood affected people of this locality so that we can distribute 
collected relief goods among them. We also would like to arrange at least a relief 
camp for them in our college campus.

              We, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to
 permit us to join the voluntary service and open a relief camp in the college ground.
