Application to the Principal for Increasing College Library Facilities.

Dear Sir,

            We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that the condition 
of our college library has become poor and deplorable. Most of the books have worn out 
 and many of them are outdated regarding their contents and ideas. Again there are not 
 adequate copies of books for which we cannot borrow the necessary books. There is 
 also a great scarcity of reference books.

           Besides, there are no literary or science magazines in the library. The supply of
 dailies and weekly magazines is very poor nowadays. The accommodation problem is 
  also very acute. Most of the chairs and tables have become out of use, and the entire 
environment has become unsuitable to study.

          Under the above circumstances, we pray and hope that your honour would 
be kind enough to take necessary steps to solve the problems and increase library 
facilities.
